Cargill provides a wide selection of malts and ingredients that can help you produce a wide range of world-class spirits. We have a great selection of two-row pale malts for “All Malt” whiskies, an American distillers malt for Bourbon-style whiskies, a selection of rye malts from Warminster, and mash–ready flaked products.

Cargill Distillers Malt

Our Distillers malt is specifically designed to provide the distiller of American-style bourbons, whiskeys, or spirits requiring a majority of raw grains with enough enzyme to convert the large amount of starch in those grain bills.

Cargill Estandar Sugar

Cargill’s Estandar sugar is processed in a similar manner as raw sugar from sugar canes, applying variants in the phases of clarification. Centrifugation provides the product quality desired. The product has a sucrose content of no less than 99.40 percent.
