| Cargill Lecithin is Cargill's soya lecithin product range.
Lecithin is a 'GRAS' food emulsifier (E 322) and is composed of a complex mixture
of different constituants (phospholipids, glycolipids, carbohydrates and triglycerides).
Lecithin is a surface-active additive with emulsifying and dispersing properties
and has the capability to interact with other substances as proteins or starches,
producing synergetic effects. |
