Isomaltidex® isomalt
Isomalt polyol sweeteners have low hygroscopicity, very low cooling effect, provides bulk, texture and it provides the preservative benefits of sucrose in sugar-free and calorie-reduced products.
Isomalt is a suitable sugar substitute for dental health, weight management and sugar avoiders. Isomalt only has a small impact on blood sugar levels and does not promote tooth decay.
