In 1884, H.O. Wilbur founded Wilbur Chocolate in Philadelphia. To this day, Wilbur® chocolate is produced in Pennsylvania. 

With an authentic, bold American flavor, Wilbur Chocolate offers a wide variety of chocolate to customers throughout North America.
