Peter’s® confectionery coatings

Peters Chocolate ProductsPerfect for hand-dipping, moulding, and enrobing, Peter’s® Icecap® confectionery coatings have a creamy mouth feel with no waxiness. Not to be confused with real chocolate that contains cocoa butter, these products are made with other vegetable fats for error-free handling without the need for tempering.

Westchester® Icecap® confectionery coatingA milk chocolate flavored coating, frequently used in moulded items as no tempering is required.
Eastchester® Icecap® confectionery coatingA semisweet chocolate flavored medium dark coating.  Used in a variety of bakery applications.
White Icecap® confectionery coatingThe basic pastel coating.  Can be used as is or colored and/or flavored with oil-based products.
Peanut butter flavored Icecap® chipsA sweet, creamy compound chip made with real peanut butter.  Great for a coating or an inclusion.
