With Cargill, there is no need to compromise on color or flavor. With our experience and expertise, gained from many years of handling cocoa, we have developed a unique, highly specialized production process, allowing us to balance dark cocoa powders and rich flavor profiles.
Gerkens® color spectrum
Our plants offer an extensive choice of colors: from light yellowish brown to dark red and brown. We have the ideal color to best suit your specific application.
Some Cargill products are only approved for use in certain geographies, end uses, and/or at certain usage levels. It is the customer's responsibility to determine, for a particular geography, that (i) the Cargill product, its use and usage levels, (ii) the customer's product and its use, and (iii) any claims made about the customer's product, all comply with applicable laws and regulations.
