Focusing on childhood nutrition at IFT 2012

Cargill has solutions to help food and beverage manufacturers develop products to address the nutritional and sensory needs of children (4-18 years old) at IFT 2012. Cargill is helping customers address U.S. regulatory and consumer group perspectives that are driving “better” nutrition for children. It’s likely you’ve heard about the childhood obesity epidemic; nearly 1 in 3 children in America is overweight or obese. These perspectives are already impacting what children are consuming such as:
