Cargill’s portfolio spans the breadth of ingredients you need for all your food applications in the industry and in the food service. Based on high technology and quality, we provide vegetable oils and fats for bakery, frying, confectionery, ice cream, soups and other products, distributed in the following segments:
- Pan line: for bakery;
- Fry line: for fried products;
- Glaze line: for confectionery and dairy;
- Home line: for cooking, soups and broths;
- Levia line: healthy for every applications
- Vegetable oils
Some Cargill products are only approved for use in certain geographies, end uses, and/or at certain usage levels. It is the customer's responsibility to determine, for a particular geography, that (i) the Cargill product, its use and usage levels, (ii) the customer's product and its use, and (iii) any claims made about the customer's product, all comply with applicable laws and regulations.
