Many environmentally sensitive consumers are demanding non-GMO and bio-organic foods, which are traditionally sweetened with bio-organic cane or beet sugar. 

Cargill has developed a new range of bio-organic glucose syrups made from specially selected organically grown crops free of excessive sweetness, texture issues and post crystallization. These syrups provide an excellent balance between sweetness and other functional properties with different degrees if hydrolization to meet a variety of bio organic market requirements.

C*BioSweet is a clear, colorless, clean tasting glucose syrup based on bio-organic wheat flour hydrolyzed with enzymes of natural strains. It has excellent sweetness, low hygroscopicity, easy workability with medium to high viscosity and excellent body and mouth-feel. C*BioSweet has the capacity to inhibit crystallization, dry substance, and its freezing point optimization, and texture improvement make it the ideal sweetener for the bio--organic lifestyle.
